The wafers have symmetrical grooves inside and are of a strictly uniform size to support each side of the wafer, usually containing 25 wafers per wafer. The wafer box is generally made of translucent plastic material with heat resistance, wear resistance and anti-static addition. Different color additives are used to distinguish the metal process section in semiconductor production.
